A tiny bit of contamination or a sudden electrical pop can ruin your entire day—and your project. We build our bench infrared lamps to hit a very specific temperature, but the real magic happens in the parts you don&amp;rsquo;t see: the wiring and the terminals.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;no-random-sampling-here&#34;&gt;No &amp;ldquo;Random&amp;rdquo; Sampling Here&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;A lot of companies test a few lamps from a batch and &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;assume&lt;/a&gt; the rest are fine. We don&amp;rsquo;t do that.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Every single lamp&lt;/strong&gt;we ship goes through a full stress test for voltage and insulation. We push the insulation to its limit to make sure there isn&amp;rsquo;t a single leak of current between the heating element and the housing.&#xA;Why? Because a microscopic crack in the quartz or a sloppy seal is a disaster waiting to happen. If the insulation fails in your clean room, you get an arc-over. That means tripped breakers at best, or ionized particles floating around your workspace at worst. Neither is a good look.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
