Home Heater Halogen Infrared Lamp: 400V, 2500W, R7s, 300mm Tube
We built this halogen infrared heater for one simple reason: to give you fast, focused warmth—right where you need it. No heating up the whole room. Just direct heat that kicks in almost instantly. It’s perfect when you want the warmth to show up on demand, without wasting energy on empty space.
Power, voltage, and size—made practical
This lamp is rated at 2500W on 400V. That higher voltage means lower current on the line, so you can run it with thinner wiring and smaller connection points than you’d need with a 230V version. At 300mm long, it packs a concentrated hot zone into a small footprint. That makes it a natural fit for tight heater housings. It warms up fast, and the heat stays focused. Just remember: with this much output in a small space, you’ll want good airflow and enough room around it. It gets serious—quickly.
Built to run hot, and stay steady
Inside, a halogen capsule runs hotter than a standard incandescent. That helps keep the filament temperature stable, so the output stays consistent over the lamp’s life. The quartz envelope is coated to shape the spectrum and cut down on glare. You get more usable infrared, without that harsh, blinding brightness. Then there’s the R7s base—a double-ended linear connector made for high heat and solid alignment. It installs quickly, stays lined up, and handles the repeated heating and cooling these lamps go through.
Where it shines
Use it whenever you need instant, directional heat: small room heaters, spot warming stations, or equipment enclosures that have to hit their setpoint fast. The 400V, 2500W rating gives you serious heat density, and the R7s design makes replacement straightforward. Just keep one thing in mind: because the filament runs hot, you need proper airflow and a well-designed reflector. That keeps hot spots from forming and protects the internal parts from getting cooked.
