Here’s the thing: industrial spaces need serious power, and they need it to fit their electrical setup. So our heaters are engineered around real-world power and voltage needs. Most run at 400V and pull 2500W, packing a serious heating punch in a surprisingly small footprint. The lamp itself is typically around 300mm long—just the right size to fit into tight mounting spots while still giving the resistive element enough room to maintain a stable temperature. This kind of power density is intentional. It means you get a heater that responds instantly and delivers high heat flux. But it also means the control circuitry and mounting hardware have to be built for non-stop duty. No shortcuts.
Material & Design
Inside, the core is a halogen-filled quartz envelope. It’s tough enough to handle extreme operating temperatures and keeps output steady over time. We use a shortwave design that concentrates energy in the near-infrared band. That’s how the heat transfers directly to the target instead of warming the air around it. An internal coating helps manage the spectral output and protects the filament from developing hot spots. And the R7s connector? It’s a two-pin, double-ended interface chosen because it makes wiring simple and keeps the connection secure, even when things get shaky from vibration. That means when it’s time for maintenance, swapping out the lamp is straightforward—no fuss, just a clean drop-in replacement.
