Materials and Build
Inside, you’ll find a quartz envelope paired with a shortwave infrared element. Quartz handles sudden temperature swings without flinching, so the output stays consistent even when the unit cycles on and off a lot. The R7s connector is a compact, proven choice. It gives you a secure, repeatable connection and makes the lamp a simple, drop-in swap for standard fixtures. For the IP65 sealing, we used gaskets and protected terminals. That’s how we keep moisture from creeping into the electrical interface.
